Mum was able to spend the last 20 months living in her own home due to the excellent carers from TayCare. All the carers treated mum with the greatest of respect, and she so looked forward to their visits and especially the chat! We had good exchange of information through the extensive visit notes that were shared on the app. This was very helpful as mum's cognitive ability declined. All staff were genuinely interested in improving mum's quality of life and couldn't have been more helpful. We recently had to make the decision to move mum into residential care and are so grateful to the staff at TayCare for facilitating mum to live semi-independently for as long as she did. I would highly recommend TayCare as an excellent and trustworthy care company.
