Had TayCare since January 2024 to provide an hour of assistance to Mum in the mornings, helping with showering, getting dressed, checking she had lunch available, medication had been taken and that she had plenty of fluids for drinking during the day. All the carers were of a very high standard. They took to Mum very well, and she responded to them and looked on them as 'her girls'. There was a relationship with each one, she got to know their backgrounds, their stories and their hobbies. In turn, they adored her, and it was with great sadness that, due to her mobility issues, we decided to look after her ourselves, which meant moving away from Dundee.
Can't rate TayCare highly enough, their care staff were just the tonic Mum needed at the right time.

What can we say about TayCare. Absolutely amazing staff, professional, caring and just a joy to have in the house. They have looked after our father (who passed suddenly) and continued to care for our stepmum. Due to the decline of our stepmum's health, it was unsafe for her to stay at home. TayCare helped my family in the most difficult of times, we honestly don't know what we would have done without them. They treated both parents with the respect and care, and also went out their way to assist and keep us updated on everything that was going on. Nothing was too much for the staff who provided the care, and the amazing staff behind the scenes. Honestly can't highly recommend TayCare enough. 10/10 perfect.
